Integrated design and sustainability consultant. Engage in early stage collaboration with developer to facilitate a green design charrette, provide research and technical assistance around greening opportunities, and complete plan and specification review. Coordinate Energy Star Homes program and associated rebates, and conduct trainings for residents and management staff on green features of building. Managed large photovoltaic installation and secured a $400,000 solar grant. Secured $50,000 in Green Communities funding. Project will achieve LEED New Construction Silver certifiable designation and Green Communities certification.
