Assisted developer with procurement of $55,000 grant to offset the cost of the photovoltaic system through the Energy Star Affordable Housing Program; provided detailed analysis of energy use and production to significantly reduce the electric load of the building. Analyzed the feasibility and cost/benefit of a solar thermal system.
10 kW photovoltaic system to offset common area electric load; solar thermal system to offset energy needed for domestic hot water.
