Development of 500 units of housing, including 153 affordable rental apartments, 80 units of supportive housing for seniors, and a 123-bed skilled nursing facility, on 38.5 acres of the site of the former Boston State Hospital.
Integrated design and sustainability consultant. Developed green design guidelines, raised project funds, helped manage integrated design process, advised on selecting project team, and coordinated utility and Energy Star involvement. Assisted in permitting, researched technologies, reviewed specifications, coordinated with contractors, and coordinated pilot erosion management plan.
