Integrated design and sustainability consultant. Green Screen Assessment including early stage collaboration with developer. Facilitation of green design charrette and complete plan and specification review. Secured a $570,000 grant for photovoltaics and $50,000 in Green Communities funding for condominiums. Project anticipates LEED certification and will be Green Communities certified.
