The GBPN is a network of non-profit green developers in the Boston Metro area that are provided technical assistance and funding to promote best practices in green affordable housing production.
Long-term collaboration with Viet-AID, UMass Lowell, and MassCOSH to promote healthy alternatives to toxic products used in the nail salon and hard wood floor finishing industries. The initiative provides technical assistance and research on alternatives, industry and consumer advocacy, and education, training, and marketing for small businesses.
Assisting the state of New York Division of Housing and Community Renewal with their Green Building Initiative criteria and project selection. NEI evaluates funding applications for compliance with the state’s green building criteria.
