Kelsey Arrington-Podraza, Program Manager
Kelsey joined New Ecology in 2024 and serves as Program Manager in the Climate Smart Communities division, where she manages the Energize Delaware Affordable Multifamily Housing Program. In this role, Kelsey partners with stakeholders to assess and meet the needs of the Delaware market through program design, policy analysis, and project support. She brings years of experience in marketing and sales to her work in business development, administration, and relationship management. Prior to joining New Ecology, Kelsey worked in communications, and pivoted in 2021 to work in the housing sector. She holds a bachelor’s degree in urban planning from West Chester University and is certified in Social and Behavioral Research by the CITI Program.
