Jear joined New Ecology in April 2024, and serves as an Energy Rater in our Baltimore office. He spends most of his time on-site at various projects, providing blower door testing, duct leakage testing, and other verifications. Jear is in the process of getting more training and credentials to become more knowledgeable in his position. Prior to joining New Ecology, he has worked in the construction field since 2017. He earned his degree in Construction Management & Building Science at HACC.
