Brendon O’Shea joined New Ecology in 2024 as an Energy Engineer. With a strong foundation in energy analysis and sustainable design, Mr. O’Shea brings a hands-on approach to improving energy efficiency and performance across diverse building projects. He specializes in optimizing energy systems and promoting sustainable practices within the built environment, with a focus on multifamily properties. Before joining New Ecology, Mr. O’Shea developed expertise in building science through roles as an energy auditor and building/environmental assessor. Mr. O’Shea is committed to advancing energy solutions that not only reduce environmental impact but also increase the health of residents in the communities that we serve. Graduating in 2021, Mr. O’Shea holds a B.S. in Energy Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, with a minor in Environmental Engineering. Brendon is passionate about driving innovation in energy systems and contributing to a more sustainable and resilient built environment.
