Our Purpose
New Ecology seeks to achieve high performing, healthy, resilient housing and communities that are affordable and sustainable and, through our work, support good jobs and wealth creation, with a focus on equity. Fundamentally we are working to tackle climate change through mitigation, resilience, adaptation, and regeneration best practices and to address environmental, housing, health, and wealth equity gaps in low-income communities.
New Ecology envisions a world in which all people have access to affordable, healthy, sustainable housing and communities in which to grow and thrive.
Our Vision
New Ecology was founded in 1999. Since then, we have been a leader in sustainable, resilient green design, advising, testing, inspection, verification, and innovation in the field.
Focused on practical action, New Ecology has a long history of innovative, standard-setting practices that push the boundaries of the green building sector, which we then share with the public.
