Alina joined New Ecology in June 2022 and is now our Principal Director of Finance. At New Ecology she leads financial planning, strategy and day-to-day financial management. In 2024, she successfully launched and now co-hosts New Ecology's BuildingWell podcast. Prior to joining New Ecology, Alina worked at Koya Leadership Partners, an executive search firm for mission driven organizations where she led the finance and administration for six years. Alina also has experience in property management and non-profit organizational management. She has a Master of Arts in Community Development and Planning from Clark University.
