Barbara began her journey with New Ecology in 2020 as an Administrative Assistant. Through hard work and continuous learning, Barbara transitioned into her current role as Senior HR Specialist, where she now oversees employee benefits, payroll, employee relations, talent development, organizational growth, and much more. Her commitment to both the company and its people has been instrumental in shaping New Ecology’s thriving workplace culture. Outside of work, Barbara loves spending time with her two cats, and is on a mission to visit every notable café in the Greater-Boston area.
