BPI MFBA, HERS Rater

Corey joined New Ecology in 2023, and serves as an Energy Engineer, where he supports the Mid-Atlantic team. His primary duties consist of performing energy audits and calculating potential utility savings for multifamily affordable housing developments. Additionally, Corey writes audit reports inclusive of cost-benefit analyses of potential upgrades. Prior to joining New Ecology, Corey did HERS Rater and green certification work, responsible for managing Enterprise Green Communities certificate submissions. Corey received his B.S. in Energy Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
