Kelsey joined New Ecology in 2024 as a Program Manager in the Climate Smart Communities division, overseeing the Energize Delaware Affordable Multifamily Housing Program. She collaborates with stakeholders to refine program design, enhance energy efficiency, and strengthen resilience in multifamily housing. With a background in communications, she specializes in stakeholder engagement, process development, and consensus-building, bridging technical and policy discussions. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Environmental Planning from West Chester University, is certified in Social and Behavioral Research by the CITI Program, and serves on the Executive Committee for the Sierra Club of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
