With 20 years of experience in the sustainability sector, Maciej brings well catalogued volume of knowledge in thought leadership, project management, and green building development with keen focus on affordable housing development.  As the director of building technologies, his core responsibilities include staff mentorship, internal and external education on topics including passive house, energy code, and mechanical systems, embodied carbon analysis, business development and client relationships, and management of the most technical development projects at New Ecology. As a Certified Energy Manager and a Certified Building Commissioning Professional, Maciej is a technical expert on energy codes and building systems and, as a Certified Passive House Consultant and Builder, is an expert on sustainability programs such as LBC, Phius, EGC, and LEED.
