LEED Green Associate

Michelle joined New Ecology in 2016 as a Senior Associate. She now leads the organization’s marketing and communications efforts as the Manager of Marketing & Communications. In 2024, she successfully launched New Ecology’s BuildingWell podcast, where she serves as co-host. Prior to joining New Ecology, she worked in various roles in the energy efficiency industry, focusing on savings analysis and program delivery. She also worked to launch a distribution company specializing in energy-saving materials marketed to small construction businesses. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys reading, and listening to music, channeling her creative energies into amateur songwriting and composing.
