Spencer joined New Ecology, Inc. in 2022. Prior to joining the company, he enriched his knowledge of leading sustainable building practices and building systems during his time with Built Environment Plus. As a Project Manager at New Ecology, he harnesses these skills to manage green building projects and help project owners and development teams improve the performance, health and durability of their buildings. He is experienced in reviewing construction details, organizing team meetings, conducting site visits, and completing green building documentation to guide projects toward successful green certifications and zoning compliance. Spencer’s experience in managing green building projects extends across LEED, Enterprise Green Communities, and Passive House certification systems. Spencer graduated from Tufts University with a M.S in Environmental Policy and Planning and from Pepperdine University with a B.A.in Economics.
